Not satisfied with their fees transparency and misleading sales practices. When you say “Join for FREE”, it means FREE/$0. Why are you charging $20 for Free use of gym for a week? Its not FREE then, correct? What is your rationale behind “bi-weekly” club membership? Other than to make people believe it’s twice monthly payments which equals to 24 payments in a Year, but only to mislead people as its actual 26 payments and not 24. Lastly, in today’s world (of unpredictable challenges like Covid, etc) how do you expect people to sign up and commit for a Year long membership? And then penalize them for dropping out before end of committed year.
I had really liked your club and was looking forward to joining and staying on for as long as possible. But unfortunately, due to the above reasons I have decided not to join your club. Not that you care as no one till date followed up with me since...
Read moreI’ve been working with my trainer for over 4 years at his studio. In September, he switched his training to Anytime Fitness . I did not have to be a member while training with him. I really enjoyed training at Anytime Fitness because my trainer is very knowledgeable, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly. Giving him only a few days notice put all his clients in an uncomfortable position. Needless to say, as much as I liked Anytime Fitness, I will follow my trainer wherever he goes. The owner’s decision affected all of the clients training under my trainer and was totally unprofessional. No more Anytime...

They desperately need to spend a few dollars and buy a couple of weight towers and fill them with plates across all weight ranges. I asked the onsite staff employee about the lack of weights, and it did not seem a priority to him. This takes a 5-star rating down to 3 until this...
