Worst customer service Ive EVER experienced at ANY store HANDS DOWN. Arrived 20 minutes before closing and when asked 5 minutes til to please head to the register I did right away. As my boyfriend was getting ready to pay he asked me if I was sure I didnt want anything. I turned to make a beeline for something 10 feet away and the manager rudely steps in front of me and says " Um no you are done" I said really? what i want is literally right behind you. She then proceeds to tell me too bad its my fault for coming in as late as I did but then accuses me of being there for the last hour and says i had plenty of time to get the item i was trying to grab behind her. Mind you no one else was behind us at the register and when we got out to our car we still had 3 minutes before they technically closed. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store chain over the years and i happen to work all day which is why it was so late when I made it there...to be treated so rudely was absolutely shocking and i will make sure to steer everyone i know away from this location. Excuse me but my money is not your money so you can't just charge my card extra and then to have the audacity to ask me can't we just round off the next couple dollars? Absolutely not.    Read more5 Out of 5 is not enough ..10 out of 10... honestly a 100 out of a 100 really. Ok, nope . . I should scrap this and regroup but I won't... And so, final answer...99 out of a 100. Only because they didn't have the cat mask they said they would have. But when you see the overwhelming amount and styles and coolness of all of the other masks. Totally not a big deal. Customer service is a huge deal and they nailed it. Because when you bring a store that's only up a couple months out of the year you get happy workers cause they aren't tired of their workplace yet.
