I've been coming to Big Sammy's Car Wash in Marlton for years, and I have to say that the standout reason I keep coming back is the exceptional service provided by Marc. From the moment I pull into the lot, Marc always greets me with a friendly smile and a genuine enthusiasm that makes you feel like you're the most important customer there. An automatic car wash where you pick your level of service. Self vacuum. I used this car wash for 3 months when they first opened late in 2022 on the mist expensive /complete monthly plan. Now I only go occasionally in a pinch.Sadly, my trip today showed no improvement. I found the automatic car wash services to be spotty, uneven wash, rinse and dry, e.g., part of the car practically dry and still dirty on the right side. One side clearly gets more rinse water than the other as well. The blowers and rollers to dry the car always leave the windshield dripping wet and spotty, sometimes with soap still there. When I use the service with the wax, there was always wax over spray drops dried onto the car. The GO sign at the end of the comes on too soon because the tire shine is incomplete and only half of each tire gets the shine on them. The whole shebang needs adjusting. The vacuums only have the crevice nozzles, no wide nozzles to be able vacuum easier and quicker. You need both! This is the only car wash I know of that doesn't have the wide nozzles. For the cost, go elsewhere and get more for your money and a better wash. In the meantime I'll be driving around with my tires only half shine coated....wave...
