As ALWAYS NICK & AMIR are just all around STELLAR EMPLOYEES & HUMAN IM GENERAL! 👏🏽 LOVE 💚 those guys DOWWNNN! They always remember me, help me not to miss the best sales, and just go above & beyond by always making me feel like I’m appreciated & valued 🤗! That goes such a long way in a competitive business like this! Even though they still haven’t figured out why my points aren’t adding🤭, they can see all of my transactions and that I’m a frequent customer, so I’m confident they’ll fix it eventually and make sure I get every point that I’m owed! If I could give MORE than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I totally would! I’ve been to (and even worked at some) quite a few dispensaries, and Quality Roots hands down my FAVORITE one! When I pointed out that they’re falsely advertising online, the manager was not only dismissive but downright pompous and rude about it — instead of addressing the issue, he acted like I was the problem for even asking. On top of that, you can’t actually verify the THC content until you’ve already made the purchase, thanks to whatever “chain of custody” setup they have at the store. Buying THCa flower here is like ordering chicken that’s only half-cooked — sure, it looks like dinner, but nobody really wants to eat it that way. THCa isn’t THC, and trying to finish cooking it with a lighter is terrible for your lungs. Yet, they’re still charging full price for what’s basically “half-baked.” If you’re shelling out premium prices, you deserve the finished product — not something incomplete that still...

Quality Roots is awesome. I was in line at Sprouts (grocery store) and the ladies in line mentioned a new dispensary had just opened. I was very close so I checked out the menu and after I saw it, I was en route to this dispensary. Immediately greeted by a really sweet woman who couldn’t have been nicer. I walked in having placed a pre-order. Nick F greeted me when I entered dispensary. He was so approachable and very friendly. Although it was their first day open the transaction was very smooth.
