Have been shopping here for years, also getting trays from them since my wedding in 2019. Every experience up until the one a few days ago was great. I had ordered 3 trays (2 nugget trays and one veggie tray) for my sons birthday party this past Saturday. I was unable to pick them up due to needing to get to the party venue earlier than expected, so I sent my best friend to pick them up. I forwarded her the email with the order on it. I get to the party venue and I have text from her asking if I can call her. I do and I hear a rude woman on the phone in the background questioning why I need two nugget trays. Apparently, my order was never given to her so she never had it. She apparently questioned why I needed to have 2 nugget trays and it would "take a while" as she also had to do the veggie tray. She also rudely asked my best friend "Well, are you sure it's for this store?" which it said in the email it was. I asked my best friend to clarify with the worker how many nuggets was in each tray because it was not clear on the website. She said about 160. I got off of the phone and stewed it over and then called my best friend back and told her just to tell the woman to do one nugget tray and the veggie tray and get out of there. I understand not getting the order and it being a stressful situation, but to question why 2 trays of nuggets were ordered didn't sit right with me. The woman did apologize to my best friend when she gave her the food, but this whole experience did not sit well with me. The only reason this is not lower is because we have never had an experience like this before when ordering from them. They lost our on 45 dollars for a nugget tray, and won't be getting my business again in general, I'll just pay a little extra and go to the chick-fi-la or something for...

I really hope this review gets to the owner's attention i was at the store in exeter township just yesterday and an employee named karl was working the front end. He was extremely rude and his customer service skills and non existent as far as im concerned i stopped at your store just to buy some bacon had the bacon in a red carry cart and put the cart on counter to check out with karl. We was real rude asked me to take the bacon out of the carry cart he was not cordial at all about it. At first i thought it may have been a phobia to bacon but it wasn't. He had no problem handling the bacon he was just being extremely rude lazy and pushy. I worked the front end and im a grocery clerk deli clerk and produce clerk United food commercial worker and i have landed manager positions in the grocery business because superior customer service. Im not trying to sound too much like a snobby cry baby about this but i know checkers are suppose to ask us the customers if we need help with uploading the grocery carts and ask us if we want paper or plastic bags and also ask if we would like help out to the car with selling suggestions kind and cordially as a sales cleck and representative of the company we work for. Incompetent cashier. Incompetent customer service. Cashier didn't deduct coupon. Didn't reduced cereal amount. Manager reduced register screen to 1/3 to gain revenue by displaying ads. We made the extra trip to have our bill adjusted. We heard from customer service. "When was this? (1 hour ago. Look at your receipt.) Do you shop here? We can't refund your dollar coupon without the coupon. The cashier left for the day. We'll call you at home tomorrow." Then, they short changed our refund for the cereal by $.55. And what happened to their "wrong price, get it free" policy? Next time I won't leave negotiations to my other half. Many items in this store usually aren't stocked.
