This man was so rude to my fiancé and I . I brought in two cocktail dresses for him to take in . My fiancé and I are a young couple who have tattoos . He treated us like we were garbage . He made comments on why I was wearing such garments and I was too thin . He had us wait about an hour while he tried to answer the phone and help another poor soul .He answered one woman in particular on the phone when she asked when her stuff would be ready he said "I don't know I haven't even ate lunch yet I don't even know what time it is call me in a few hours" ! Finally after an hour i asked how much , he said 20 per garment which is normal I told him , he than aggressively said no where else you'll get this deal . I said yes that's normal I get a lot of garments taken in monthly . He than said where ?! The dry cleaners rolling his eyes . I said yes . He did not give me a day to pick up either, he said just call and keep checking in ! Like that poor woman earlier ? No thank you ! I left so upset with my fiancé that we decided to come back in and take the garments else where . He did not offer any solution he just said give me my ticket . Best tailoring work I’ve had done on my garments. I have been 100% satisfied Enzo’s work – and this comes a Millennial who is extremely particular about the slim fit/tailoring of his suits.

I have literally gotten dozens of compliments on the quality of alterations my suits’ alterations (from peers, co-workers and complete strangers). Unlike many other tailors I’ve consulted, Enzo will alter your garments to your exact specifications (beautifully, I might add).

His shop fosters a very friendly environment. I was able to talk to three other customers, all of whom swore by Enzo’s work, saying he was the “best of the best” (two men had work done over the years by several other tailors in NYC and Los Angeles, and said that they paled in comparison to Enzo).

Enzo is friendly, easy to work with, and flexible to the needs of the consumer (he came into work two hours earlier to open his shop just for me). He is also incredibly fair, and offers incredibly reasonable prices I’ve seen for the level of his workmanship.

I came in late on a Thursday with a hockey glove that needed repair, and even though his machinery wasn't perfect for the job, he did better than I could've ever expected.
