I recently made an appointment here at the end of June. I came in for a gel french pedicure. While one of the girls was cleaning up the skin around my nail, she cut off a very thick piece of skin on the side of my big toe nail. She just ripped it right off and didn’t ask if I was okay. It was very painful. She then proceeded to do the same thing on my other big toe. I told her it hurt. After getting my pedicure done, it was very hard to walk because of the pieces of skin that was ripped off of my toes and I couldn’t apply too much pressure on the toes. A week after that, I see that the pain hasn’t subsided in the one toe and has now become infected. My toe has become reddened and pus is now coming out of it. As a diabetic, this is something that could lead me to serious complications because I am more prone to it. It’s a very huge concern of the mannerisms and cleanliness of the place. A nail salon should be a relaxing place to be, instead I came out of there not only with pain, but with more anxieties that could lead me to further...

I've gone to Top Nail for some time. It was ok at first, but after awhile they were doing a sloppy job. I came in one day to get my nails done. The nail technician wanted to go home so she acted like she couldn't figure out what I wanted done to my nails. She had just did my nails 2 weeks prior. I had fungus from their dirty nail tools. I was so upset being that fungus takes months to completely heal. They even told me it wasn't fungus on my nails. They are disgusting. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They are not worth the aggravation. I see you responded to my review. I am happy I don't go to your dirty unprofessional nail salon anymore. How did I get fungus if I was going to your salon for over a year. Please do everybody a favor and sterilize your supplies and stop being nasty. third time coming here since they’ve been under new ownership and i have yet to be disappointed! the staff is always so friendly. it’s so quick easy to make an appointment - they’re always so responsive on their insta. and nikki is my go-to girl for my nails. her sister does awesome pedis and their mom always waxes my eyebrows when i remember to ask 😅. coming here i have yet to have one nail break or chip in between visits and that was a huge problem i had in the past at other salons and i would get so frustrated!

nikki is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure your nails are perfect, from a new set to a fill in. she takes her time and doesn’t rush the fill in and the polish/designs, which is also a plus because there are SOOO many other salons in the area that rush your nails. they always come out perfect here. i’ll be a lifetime customer to the salon and nikki as long as they stay...
