Had one car in front of me in drive-through. Took 5 minutes to get to the front. Sent the canister to teller because there were no slips. She helped every other car and sent it back without a word. I send it back in she comes on screen and i tell her i needed a deposit slip. Tells me shes sorry and she’ll send someone out with some. Immediately someone comes out with slips and within 20 seconds mines ready to send in. I sit there while she keeps the canister and goes through every single car again. Finally comes back on screen apologizing and sends it out. It goes to her immediately and another two cars leave before i get my receipt. Did not know expect to spend 50 min in the line with one car in front of me over halfway done with their transaction. That was a bit ridiculous. Ps fix your atm lock that doesnt let your own members cards in. Been broken as long as i can remember. Thankfully i can use other banks cards flawlessly but be nice if it worked...

In particular, I encountered significant issues while trying to sell my vehicle to a buyer who was securing a loan through Global. The title and keys were held for over 24 hours, and I was told that funds would be deposited into my account. However, the transaction ultimately fell through on Global’s end, causing a major inconvenience and wasted hours of my time.

Since covid and Global’s name change no more convenient user friendly branches and the remaining ones are closed on weekends with no updated internet info or any notice at all to customers.
