DMV Select — Attraction in Fairfax

I visited around 3:30pm on 4/22/25. Id like to thank the guy on the lower level at the help desk for showing me the way to the DMV office upstairs ( I'm sorry I told you I would forget your name, asked for it, then forgot it still) You were very helpful I was having a long day dealing with health issues and was exhausted. Came from the new Braddock rd location and immediately left to come here. Thanks to Carlos (the man helping me with disability placard) You were the best DMV employee I ever worked with. And to the nice people also going for DMV services that talked to me when they didn't even know me, the people in this area are very kind. And the lady that checked me out at the window across from the DMV window Carlos helped me at and gave me my receipt so I could be on my way. Lastly thank you to the lady I talked to on the phone that let me know I could get services here you were so kind. Such a lovely building. Id come here...

I have never been one to consider leaving a review for the DMV, as they are often associated with frustration and inefficiency. However, this particular DMV is a pleasant exception. Too good to be true - complete opposite of what we would normally expect from DMV. Went here on Friday morning at 8:30 - no line!!!!! The representative was super helpful and knowledgeable about what we were trying to achieve, and he even suggested a solution that he would do. We filled out paperwork, stayed in line for a few minutes, made payments, and walked out of there in 30 minites with my new title and registration in hand.
