Second time of poor customer services. First time, bought lamb meat instead of goat meat in goat meat section (very careless). We don't eat lamb , that was a terrible experience for us .After complaint we received in-store credit. Secondly, we were there yesterday to buy fish , we noticed the attendant didn't want to wash the bowl before using it to pack the cut fish so we asked him to please wash the bowl. He obliged and wash the bowl. We noticed again he didn't want to change his gloves we pleaded with him to please do but this time he flared up do you want to be teaching me my job and insisted he was not going to change it .At this point we had to leave the store. Products: They have the stuff African nationals need to cook that they usually cannot find in big supermarket chains like Kroger, Walmart, or Meijer. However, do not buy things you can find in these store there, like regular cooking oil, because the prices there are three times more than in these big chains.

Service: Expect for the young woman working as a cashier and one young man that actually helped us, there are a few men, that seem to be employees that just stand around doing nothing, ignoring customers when they ask questions...

Seems everything not frozen in the store is sold stale and taste very bad. First time I bought bread and Chinchin tasted like it has been sitting out there for 10years, yesterday I bought kuli kuli, first red flag 🚩 is that It was left by the soap shelf and I thought it may taste soapy. However, I noticed it was double wrapped, but it tasted veeeeery expired even though the expiration date says 2025. It is beyond stale my people!
