Bargos Grill & Tap — Restaurant in Fairfield

Been here several times from 11:30AM-5:00PM. Food is pretty good, burgers taste fresh, chicken wings taste fresh. Not much of a salad selection. Fries, onion rings are typical processed frozen. Excellent service during those times. Staff was friendly and attentive until regulars came in after 6:00PM, then, pretty much ignored after that. Writing this as of 7:44PM on a Tuesday night. Can’t help but notice,, but caucasians have left by 6:30PM. This caucasian has been entirely ignored since 6:30PM and the surrounding customers have made very loud and vocal negative comments about Caucasian’s, especially the ones on either side of me as well as stare at me after their commentary. I get the message, I’m not welcome anymore and will be leaving in a moment. I’ll find another “color blind”...

Food is REALLY good! I have had the Big BLT and Bargos Chicken Tender Wrap, have tried the wings also, all of which were delicious! All employees seems super polite and pretty speedy! We really enjoyed the experience. I only have 4/5 stars due to 1. There is no actual kids menu. When we went, we brought the kids and they were fine with chicken tenders. But I would love if they could add on a small kids menu section! And 2. The alcoholic drinks were a bit "off". They were very strong and the glasses we got were tall (which was nice). But it tasted like the alcohol was maybe overpowering the flavor. I forget exactly which two drinks we ordered but I want to go back and try more just so I can find my favorite! Overall, I really like Bargos and I hope to continue having pleasant...

Tried to go here. Walked in, there was a sign that read that no servers were available and to order at bar. People are sitting all around bar so no real way to get bartenders attention to even get a menu. Finally, I squeezed my way in asking one of the customers how to place an order. They tried to get her attention, and instead of even just acknowledging me or even giving me a menu, just told me that I'll need to wait because there were others there before me. That's fine, but she could have at least given me a menu. Then, the customers told me that it was about to be shift change, and even if I placed an order, it would be quite a while until I received anything. Everyone just stares at you when you enter if you're not a local. I just left. Good luck...
