I always come to this location and never had any issues, however tonight 07/11/2024 at 845pm was not good service , I ordered 2 skyline dips 2 met coneys everything on it and 1 Coney everything on it and a large drink . The girl on the intercom was laughing and talking to the people in the back so I knew she wasn’t listening to me. After I placed my order I sat at the intercom waiting for her to repeat my order back and all she said was drive forward . I go to the window and she tells me my total I felt like it was wrong but I didn’t want to argue . I then sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting for my food because they already decided it was closing time so had to get things out . I was watching through the window . They give me my bag chili upside down and no chips AND MISSING the other skyline dip. I get my large drink that’s completely overfilled and spilled all over me. When I told the girl at the window that I was missing items she said oh well all we charged you for is what you got . I just looked at her and said okay we’ll charge me for what I ordered. I didn’t get an apology or anything . It sucks cause I usually love this location but very bad experience...
Read moreAs a visitor to the Cincinnati area, I was told I had to visit Skyline to try some of their trademark "chili." My coworker and I let the waitress know that we'd never tried it before, and she promptly brought out a small sample dish for us to try, which I thought was really nice. I went ahead and ordered the "five-way," and my coworker went all-in, ordering the five-way, a coney, and some cheese fries (all three of which came with a mound of shredded cheese atop). He ended up enjoying the coney, but wasn't a big fan of the chili/spaghetti, meanwhile I thought it was perfectly good. Although it's not something I'd want to eat all the time, and it shocks me to see the sheer number of these places around town, I did like it enough to come back for a second helping before ending my work...
Read moreTerrible customer service. My nephew went through the drive through with my mother and they didnt give him the food he ordered. So I had to drive him all the way back to skyline to get his food. So I ordered 2 coney dogs since I was there and asked them to comp them for the inconvenience. They would not do that. They should have refunded the amount for the original food that was ordered for the inconvenience because of their mistake. Or they should have offered something more for the mistake. The only restaurant I've been to that doesn't take care of their customers when they made a mistake. Will not eat here again just based on principal. That's not how customer...
