If i could give negative stars i would i go to md school internationally when i was home for the break i got my screen replaced here i thought everything was fine not even 2 months later my screen is messed up in the exact same spot that it was originally messed up in and all i did was touch my screen. I called them and at first i thought the customer service was amazing i explained to them what happened and i was told that sometimes they get faulty screens and all i had to do was bring it in and they would fix it free of charge . However since i am back at school i asked them if i would be able to ship it to them i was told to call back the next day to speak to the manager to see what they could do. However i had an upcoming exam, and got busy studying so i wasn't able to call so i sent them an email explaining when i would be back in town and i wouldn't be able to ship it due to how much it would cost me. I was then told that they wouldn't be able to fix my computer and that i basically damaged my own computer the best they could do is offer me a discount which is unbelievable. We have exams every week at my school so i now have to rent a computer from my school until the end of my semester or try to find the money to purchase a new one . I've tried calling and emailing them with no response I shouldn't have to deal with this kind of stress on top of my work load i would avoid this place...

I had a very old damaged MacBook screen replaced and within 2 months have a serious issue with the replacement screen - a large "ink spot" and wavy, nonfunctional screen.
When I called to ask about what could have caused the issue, I was told that the screen was probably cracked by a magic "crumb" when I closed the laptop (the laptop is immaculate).
The laptop was sitting closed in my office for hours and had been working fine earlier in the day. There is no history of damage to this "new" screen at all.
I believe that the screen they replaced my old damaged screen was defective. The Tech Team's proposed remedy was to have me pay to replace the screen again and a not so subtle accusation that I damaged the screen and want a free new one.
False and insulting. I will never do business with them again and would recommend caution to anyone if asked about...
Read moreWould not recommend getting a screen replacement from them. They use cheap screens but charge nearly $400 for it. The first screen lasted less than a month before it stopped working. We were frustrated but decided to give them a second try because the employees seemed genuinely pleasant and willing to listen. They explained they couldn’t cover the replacement fee because we couldn’t prove it was their fault. I agreed (unfortunately) to pay another $400 for them to replace the screen once again. It has now been another month and the screen has stopped working. For the amount we’ve spent on replacing it, we could’ve just bought a brand new phone instead. We won’t be doing business here again and strongly advise you consider other options for screen replacements.
