I’ve been going to Nicole Garafano at the Warehouse Salon for 3 years now for all my hair needs. The salon has such a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit. Nicole is very detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. She really has an eye for what’s going to compliment you best and enhance your natural beauty. She communicates with me throughout my haircut and hair dye to ensure I’m happy with it. I have naturally curly hair and she always keeps that in mind when cutting and styling my hair. She even gives me tips for styling my hair natural with my new haircut. Everytime I leave the salon, I feel like a million bucks. Nicole’s blow outs are AMAZING! I used to dislike going to the hair salon because so many hairstylists cut my hair in a way where it was difficult for me to style with my natural hair or just didn’t listen to me at all. Nicole has changed that experience completely! I look forward to getting my hair done now. She’s been cutting and dying my hair for 3 years now and I’ve even been looking into getting extensions with her. She has a consultation with you to see what your vision is and what hair type you have, and then will match your natural hair type to the extension and dye them if needed prior to application! Poor Customer service and scheduler is RUDE and unprofessional. I had done my Lassio Keratin treatment, and I was told it would last 9-12 months . This is not my first time doing keratin, but my hair looks like nothing was done within the next wash. I had to travel internationally after the treatment to world-known salons, and they all said there was no way they used Lassio products or that person didn't do treatment properly. I still tried to be calm and emailed multiple times to the salon but no one responded, I asked them to call me so we can discuss what went wrong. I didn't want anything in the back; errors can happen. It's just a simple courtesy to call/email your customer back. You were sure ready to send the email about how was service or confirm apts multiple times... It has been over 1 1/2 months with no response; I have called and left messages. Today, I got a receptionist who didn't have an answer. Instead of trying to find out how she could address this, SHE WAS SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and said Whoever told you that they were wrong, LASSIO treatment only lasted 3-4 months. Okay, even if they lied to me, it didn't last for 2 weeks. Very poor customer service and the secretary is rude as anything. I have the proof of receipts and emails I have sent to them.. From the moment you walk-in, you are warmly welcomed. If this is your first time, they make you sign some sort of waiver since they provide complementary alcoholic drinks - to make sure people do not abuse this service. It was definitely a great and pleasant surprise. I had made an appointment with Brianna Fox after connecting with her through her bio on the website and seeing her work on her instagram page. Brianna definitely does not disappoint when it comes to making you feel confident and beautiful with your new look. She was very welcoming, offered me a drink (I ordered coffee) asked me how I’d like it with milk and sugar. Brianna provided me with an excellent customer service I hadn’t experienced in a while at any other hair salon. Brianna is very friendly and really listens to you, the look you are trying to go for, and your hair texture concerns. She recommended some great tips of how to maintain my hair style and even suggested some great products to do so as well.
