On June 25, 2025, I purchased $5,471 worth of vinyl flooring from this company. While selecting the product, the owner informed me that he had received a return from a previous customer in a different color of the same product I was interested in and offered to sell me that returned product immediately. I declined this offer and instead selected a different color. The owner assured me that the product I selected would be delivered to my address within 2–3 days. However, I never received an invoice for the purchase. Furthermore, despite the promised delivery timeframe, the product arrived only after 7 days, causing a significant disruption to my renovation project and additional costs due to the contractor’s delayed schedule. Later, when I attempted to return 5 unopened boxes, the owner insisted that it was a special order and that he had made only $100 profit on the sale, therefore he refused to accept the return. In response, I reminded him that I had never asked him to sell the products without making a profit, and that I had paid exactly what he requested. I then challenged his claim and stated that if he could present invoices showing that he sold me the products at cost plus only $100, and made absolutely no additional profit, I would be willing to repay him double the total price of the products. Upon hearing this, the owner appeared visibly stunned, unable to provide any invoices or proof of his claim. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, he became verbally confrontational and eventually called the police. When the police arrived, they advised me to take legal action against the business. Due to the unfulfilled delivery promise, inconsistent and contradictory statements, lack of transparency, refusal to honor a reasonable return, and the unprofessional conduct of the owner—including escalation of the situation by involving law enforcement—I intend to initiate legal proceedings against this business as soon...
Read moreWhile their products and price are very good you better know something about installing. They do a beautiful layout and design for you but they miss figure on material for example if you need 2 11/2” fillers a 3” filler is too small do to the width of the saw kerf therefore your fillers can not be neat and tight. The toe kick that comes with the cabinets is cheap and flimsy. Upon ordering glass for doors and better toe kick they miscommunicated several times on arrival. When it did come in I went to pick it up at store which is advertised to be open at 9am and no one showed up until 10 am and had no idea of what I was there for. We also ordered quartz countertops and were told the installers would be there between 9 and 11, received a call at 10:58 they were running late. Installers did do a great job. All in all project went good but it is because I am in...
Read moreI had a fantastic experience working with The Wood Cabinet Factory on my maple wood kitchen cabinets. From the start, the process was smooth and stress-free.
Alex, the designer, truly stood out with his expertise and patience. He listened to my ideas and offered smart, creative suggestions that fit my vision perfectly. The 3D renderings made it easy to picture the final look, and every detail felt carefully thought out.
What I appreciated most was Alex’s flexibility. He didn’t hesitate to adjust plans or explore different options until I was completely happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.
The final design is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional. The warm, natural look of the maple cabinets brings everything together. I highly recommend The Wood Cabinet Factory to anyone looking to create their...
