Update: Not too long after posting this review was I helped by someone within the company. Offered to send out another kit with 2-day shipping, by a different carrier also. I recieved the new package, but it failed to provide any instructions inside. While installing the kit I noticed the only hardware that would've come in handy is if they included self-tappers or something for the clips. I didn't have flat-headed self-tapper screws which resulted in the underglow not fitting appropriately in the brackets. Now because of this I had to take off all the self-tapper screws and used a dremmel to grind them down to not interfere with them seating in the brackets. Pros: Good management looking out for his customers, I recieved both packages, the first one was delivered after a month of purchase and the second one did arrive within the 2-day shipping window. (I did return the original package), The Under Glow kit turned out nice.

Cons: Missing Hardware and Instructions, Mounting Brackets for the Under Glow Kit were a bit flimsy causing some to fold in and making me concerned on the quality and integrity for the product, Bluetooth connection within the app isn't too great with communicating to the reciever.

A friend of mine who has used them multiple times told me to check this place out. I recently bought a 2019 F150 and the installation of replacing the lights was more of a hassle than my previous truck. So I was going to have to pay for someone else to do the installation regardless. Anthony, the owner, was very professional and gave me the pricing for the labor and lights and I couldn't refuse. When I picked up my truck he showed me the lights performance even though it was daylight and I knew I made the right choice. I suggest if you are local, it is better to go to the location and speak and make the appointment face to face than over the phone or any other internet method. They are a small shop so they are very busy. The only problem that I have which has been discussed so this is not hindering their review is that there is a small delay when turning on the fog lights. However they told me and others that some vehicles have these issues with the wiring and etc. The only thing I would change is show the customer the vehicle with the product first before paying that way if there is any issues like mine then there can be a discussion before paying that way you are more protected, so a lesson learned for me. Great service! I ordered the wrong headlights at first and had them shipped back no problem with a full refund instantly. Ordered the correct headlights which were the full prebuilt headlight housing system. I got the 2011-2014 Dodge Charger facelift, bluetooth connection with the sequential turn signals and demon eye. I installed them myself, the instructions were limited but it was fairly easy to figure out just plug and play, the emailing team was fast with a response to my questions. Bulbs are not included and I still haven’t figured out what bulbs I need for the turn signals and how to get the demon eye to work quite yet. However, the lights look absolutely wonderful and they definitely pick up quite the attention. You get a color wheel for solid colors and over 200 color changing modes. It was a bit difficult to find the name of the system for the bluetooth at first so you will have to try and connect to it until you find the right one. Also, you need to secure and hide the wires.
