Cannot say enough good things about this place. I went in with concerns about my already framed piece being protected from fading in the sunlight. I was told that it had the special glass and matting already and did not have to change a thing. Then she proceeded to change my sawtooth hanger to a wire hanger (a better option), put bumpers on the bottom corners, tighten one of the corners of my frame, and give me a hook for the wall—and would not accept any payment for these things! Lori is fantastic to work with. My mom and I had her help us frame some of her favorite watercolors. My mom is an artist. The attention to detail Lori had really helped us pick frames that made her art shine. We are so grateful.
