Croghan Park — Attraction in Fairlawn

this new park is so buns it has nothing to climb, nothing fun or dangerous, it is so small you can’t even play tag!!! the slides are so bendy that even tiny kids get hurt when going down. the slides are also now made of panels so they are super bumpy and hurt. i notice every kid started the slides happy and ended with bruises and sadness. they also changed the monkey bars and made them boring and got rid of every random fun thing like the speaker you could talk into and the wheel you could spin on at mach 10 and the pull up bars that you could hang on. i also find it strange how the new swings can only be used by tiny kids due to their size and height. one last complaint is the taking away of the pavilion, which had water fountains, bathrooms, shade, and jenga. please fix this modern nightmare and give us the old nostalgic bundle of joy that...

VERY nice "floam"surface underneath the play equipment. My grandson calls it "the purple slide park" because there is 1 purple slide in the middle! haha there are tennis cvourts ans basket ball hoops and courts. the have a nice pavilion. The restrooms are currently locked due to Covid Pandemic. but they brought port-a-potties (not clean and stinky)...lovely grassy areas and a nice paved walking path all along the perimeter. great fir dogs and children or anyone wanting fresh air. I was disappointed today after taking my 2 year old to play on a nice day, and 2 older girls were running us over on the playground. The first girl (maybe 12-13?) ran into me and stepped on my foot while running around without apologize. But when the 2nd older girl she was with pushed my son down the slide and tried to kick him to get out of the way, my husband said her whoa-you’re old enough to know better. He’s 2.
