Cupcake Castle — Restaurant in Fairlawn

HORRIBLE PARTY!!!!! I gave it one star because zero is not an option. There were 2 ladies running the party. It was terribly rushed. Punch tasted like watered down poison. The women were EXTREMELY RUDE to all of the adults. My daughter paid for “Elsa”, food and drinks for the adults, and for a two hour long party. Elsa looked scared and depressed. The adults were offered chairs that stood about 6 inches off the floor, and we were rushed out of there after approximately an hour and 15 minutes. The party was held in a back room that was burning hot and looked like an old storage room. The party is not held in the main part of the store, as pictured in their ads. This nonsense cost over $400!! NEVER AGAIN!! DON’T WASTE...

We got Cake pops for a baby reveal. Due to a miscommunication the baker revealed the sex of baby to the expected mother when she wasn't suppose to. Forgivable offense. The condition of the cake pops themselves where not. The batter,that was to show the sex of the baby when bit into, was on many of the pops sticks. Batter was oozing out of at least three. Many of the cake pops where cracked and you could see the color of the cake. Then the taste wasn't worth the money I spent. I had a hard time ordering because the would only do a dozen increments, which is understandable but would let me do the outer shell different on the 2nd dozen. They wouldn't even let me do...

I love Cupcake Castle! Their products are superior and tasty. The cupcakes are excellent with a good variety of flavors. Their cookies are exceptional! I truly do not understand the previous review that gave Cupcake Castle ONE STAR??? Get serious. This place is none of what that reviewer said. The owner, Jean, is professional and honest. She always strives to keep her customers happy. I see that she offered to discount the cookies that the unhappy person ordered....and used. What a shame there are haters. BRAVO, JEAN, FOR AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT.....COOKIES, CUPCAKES, ETC. They're ALL good.....very, very good! Keep up the great work! PS, I'd drive an hour for these...
