Regency Wine Sellers — Restaurant in Fairlawn

Bear with me, okay? I want to express my adoration for Regency while not gushing inappropriately.

But first, an explanation. I want to ask you to take a quick peek at Tabitha P's review, the sole non-five-star review here. (Even the two filtered reviews are five star.) Methinks perhaps Tabitha was in a bit of a hurry. Her wine wasn't placed into her hand as swiftly as she preferred. Or, to go all Area 51 conspiracy theory, she may not even exist. Or she is a competitor. One review, no friends. Usually those get filtered; perhaps hers is destined for a similar fate.

Pretty rare that a retailer of any stripe receives nothing but five star reviews, yet Regency (if you pretend, as I do, that Tabitha's doesn't exist) goes full boat. And that is entirely deserved. Knowledge, humor, perhaps even a gentle touch with the customer is all in evidence. So rare. So appreciated. Stop in, let me know if I'm right, or if Tabitha's right. (Sure. Like THAT'S a possibility.)

Dull , I Just didn't feel the place , lack of character and costumer service, in this times either you wow your costumer or you are out of business, Your best bet is Grape and Granary in Akron 915 Home avenue in Akron, Maria The Owner takes you to a real experience in wine making , beer , cheese and My god an Italian charming lady , and this small place in the middle of Akron Ohio, when you leave that place you are going to feel like you are part of the family , she makes her own limonccelo , rum and her trade Mark wine. !! Going back to Regency well , you are better going to Giant Eagle at the Market District in Cuyahoga Falls as well , and buy Groceries while you drink a 9.99 glass of great house wine or a starbucks Latte . We came in a before nine and ordered two glasses of wine. Online and on their website it says they close at 10. I’m not sure if they need to update their website but the bartender seemed to be in a really bad mood and asked the couple across from us if they wanted another drink, they declined she then gave us both our checks. despite us just arriving, she didn’t ask us if we were finished or if we wanted another drink. i’m not sure if it was because the couple was white and they deserved more courtesy but she spoke maybe 5 words to us and seemed to be arguing with someone on her phone.
