EDIT* Got the generic BS response which was just that. Its been atleast three times they havent had the cards this year alone in 2025. One time for atleast a month I asked and was told they didnt have them. One of the other times was another 2 to 3 weeks without them as well. Then to babble on about policy is needing to have the cards present. Yea freagin obviously you should have the card present to get a punch. Kinda freagin impossible without a card though, ayy? Hence the reason for the notes. May wanna talk to management as well because I had a manager do it all for me one of the times. You'd think when the same face is walking in every day and you see that face every day, you'd do right by that customer. 100% never again and will be letting all my followers know to stay away as well. No loyalty for a freagin buck. Shame.

Would've been five stars as I was a huge fan of the place as a whole. Employees, atmosphere, products, and pricing were all solid. At one point was a daily customer. After today my loyalty is a little sketchy though. Customers are given little punch cards where you get a punch for a purchase and are able to redeem 5 or 6 punches for 25% off. Very cool. Unfortunately, atleast 3x in the last year they've run out of the cards and dont end up getting them back for some time. During my visits when having no card the bud tender would add a note to the customer's account noting the missed card punch due to them not having cards. So it was never a problem. Apparently now its a problem. Ive been there enough times since my last card to have earned my 25% off again and supposedly notes were being put into my account again. Was told today the owner themselves has put an end to notes for missed punches as well as making good on them. Cheap move if you ask me. Makes me believe they aren't actually running out of cards and its more so about how business may or may not be going at any given time. Could be wrong but thats besides the point. As a business you make good by your customers. Especially when they were there practically daily and sent quite a few others there who'd never been before.

So yea 3* strictly because of that. Of the owner didn't tell his employees not to honor missed punches and do right by his customers, id have given a 5* all day. More than likely won't be returning. Prefer to give my loyalty where its returned. Not once in a while or when they feel like...

This place is Amazing! It really puts every other dispensary I've ever been in, to shame. From the moment you walk in you know it's a quality establishment. It's huge inside for one, and well lit. It is also was very comfortable temperature wise inside, where as most places are too hot with no air circulation and you're standing right on top of others in a line. It's very spacious here with lots of room to move and walk about to see all the different products. There is 'islands' in the middle of the room where you can see and smell some of the strains they have available on their menu. They also carry more accessories than i have ever seen in any other dispensary, along with the WIDEST selection of flower, concentrates, vapes etc that I have ever seen. Sooo many different brands available!! Everything seemed to have fair or at least comparable pricing as well. One thing that really stood out to me, is that we were addressed within seconds of walking in, by KERI. I was very impressed with his positive attitude, his knowledge about the promotions, products and other services. He had such a great vibe that it made me want to come here for a review even though I didn't even spend any money there yet. (all employees everywhere, should be like him!) It was a great first experience, and I am definitely looking foward to visiting there...

Just be aware , If you don't order ahead , plan on the staff to take every person that walks in the order online pick up . You'll just wait in the other line while watching person after person walk in... While you wait .... When I told the person up front , she just grunted and it appeared to me that she couldn't care less. Go to cosmo down the street , you'll have a line out the door and get in and out faster . I am being serious when I say this...unless if you order online, I guess it's fine ... I am frustrated , I know what I wanted , I never had been there before but it's unreasonable to expect someone to wait forever in the walk in line , as person after person walking is getting their order, having a conversation with the guy etc. Also the lady at the front desk is not very friendly . Maybe she was having a bad day ,? ... I was having a good one until I went here 😔... I have heard though that the product here is amazing from others so if you choose to try it...
