I wish I could give more than just five stars. I can't tell you how happy we are with the service here.

I bought a ring here, it ended up being too small. We are having our wedding this Saturday (five days away), and in between all the planning, we somehow forgot to exchange my fiances ring for one that fit better. We went in to A Cutting Edge expecting to be turned away and told that it was impossible to get his size with such short notice, but we tried anyway.

Our experience was nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY.

From the second we walked in, Erica was sympathetic to our situation, and she made a real commitment to helping us. She reassured us that there were options, including taking a different ring and swapping it out for the real one when it came. She understood what it was like to be under such pressure and made us feel like we were not alone. She didn't have criticisms about us not getting it in earlier and she remained positive and sympathetic throughout the ordeal.

She called somewhere, hoping that they would be open a little late, even though they weren't. She sent us home with a different ring that fit him perfectly, and we were very happy with her service even then.

But then Erica worked a gosh darn miracle.

We get a call maybe 20 minutes later saying that she had emailed the people who give them the rings and asked if there was any way they could get it to us earlier. They said yes (if I knew which company that was, I'd give them 5 stars too!), and now we will be getting our ring in time for the wedding!!!

A Cutting Edge is hands down the best place to go for engagement rings or any type of jewelry. My husband bought my engagement ring there and it is perfect! I get so many compliments on it, it never loses its sparkle, the quality of their diamonds is second to none!! That isn't even my favorite part about them. They treat you like family! Today my boyfriend and I went into A cutting edge to pick out a setting for a diamond that he bought elsewhere. I had no idea what type of diamond (shape,size,etc). We let our sales woman know and she completely understood and pointed us towards cases where we could find setting that would possible work. I picked out a few, looked at them, told her which ones I was interested in and then kept looking. Our sales woman called over a co-worker and quietly told her about the diamond to ask for advice on which settings would work. The consulting sales woman then proceeded to say out loud every characteristic of the diamond, RUINING the only part that was going to be a surprise! When I said something to her about her ruining my surprise. She very rudely said that it wasn't her fault. No apology, not even when I told her that I just felt like leaving and was almost in tears.
