I asked Diana for layers, unbeknownst to me, I walked home with a mullet.

It looked great from the front, got the bangs how I wanted, so I left happy. At home, I combed through it and found whole sections, seemingly untouched. I realized she never showed me the back. Broke out the mirror and was horrified to see my new style.

Not only was I now rocking the mullet, upon closer inspection, the layers were completely uneven. I thought Diana was being efficient, but apparently she was just giving me the rush, hack job. Luckily I had a friend help me fix the disaster Diana gave me....

I came here to get my hair color changed and trusted them and explained over and over what I wanted after going there three sessions third time didn’t get it they turned my hairs orange red and damaged my hair I cried for two days and all they can tell me is they can fix it it shouldn’t have to be this way I will not them fix it I want a full refund !! I wouldn’t recommend any female to go there to get your hair color treated for highlights or titanium color can’t get the colors right !! I can add more to this story after observing so much there , small place !! Lust can go on...

I live in FB and I took my brother to get a basic clean on his bald head, less than 5 minutes it took for Barber to do it and was charged $25. I am shocked that someone would take advantage for such an insignificant deed. Shame on you for over charging!!!!! Debemos de ser mas considerados como seres humanos.
