Farmington City swimming pool is a great local spot… I visited early in the season and the place was clean, well‑maintained and opened right on Memorial Day weekend . It’s an outdoor community pool with waterslides, diving boards and lap lanes, ideal for both families and fitness swimmers .
Admission is fair… just $5 for residents and a bit more for non-residents. They also offer punch passes and season memberships if you’re planning to go frequently.
The layout is smart… there’s space for kids to splash around while lap swimmers do their laps without interference. Lifeguards are on duty and the overall vibe is safe and relaxed.
A couple tips… reservations are required in advance for open swim and private parties, so plan ahead. And remember it’s only open through Labor Day.

There are two slides, a zero entry pool, a couple diving boards, basketball hoops, and a splash pad (that's currently not working). The dressing rooms and bathrooms seemed well taken care of and clean. There was also a place you could buy a few food and drink items. Overall, I enjoyed it but have preferred other pools in the area.

The slides are great and the high dive is a big hit. There's an awesome little concession stand, plenty of chairs to grab and move around, fun music playing in the background, lifeguards...
