I needed to renew my driver's license and jumped through all-the-hoops to do it online. "Please create a new password . . . not that one . . . please include at least one number and a symbol and a unicorn." All to be told at the end of the whole process: "Unable to complete transaction. Please visit your local DMV."
To which I thought, "What fresh Heck is this?"

All paperwork given to me at information window was wrong. Trainee sign was at the information window. I was sent to the back of the line to fill out correct paperwork. Looks to be about 10 folks ahead of me now. I'll try another appointment tomorrow. Hour and a half wasted because information person didn't give me any of the correct paperwork. Day 2 My appt was 9. I scanned at the door and checked in. My phone gave me a number. I sat down and immediately my phone went off directing me to a window. We were in the parking lot at 4:30 and walked in the front door at 4:32p. Whoever gave this DMV a good review did not work with Ms. S. Stroupe. She refused to let my son take his test because we got there at 4:32 rather than 4:30. She showed zero compassion for our situation. My son had spent weeks studying for this test and was excited for this milestone. Unfortunately, his first experience was this one at the Farmville DMV.
