This company went above & beyond for me & I would highly recommend them. Everyone I dealt with was very nice & helpful. Kim was great with answering any questions I had over the phone & very informative. I also dealt with Tony who went out of his way to offer different options to me when I had some issues with the front sensors that they installed for me. They even took extra time to drive out to my work place on 3 different occasions to service my vehicle to make it easier for me since my place of work isn’t that far from their business. In the end, due to the issues I had & being unhappy with how the sensors functioned I decided they weren’t for me. Given the circumstances they were kind enough to disconnect them & issue a refund to me. They even left the sensors on my vehicle so that I wasn’t left with holes where they once were. Having a car alarm system put on my car.They said if someone bumped it the alarm would go off the lady bumped it and it did not go off and then when The lady asked her employee Michael to come speak to me about itHe acted as if he didn't want to explain anything when I tried to Pop My Trunk using the new key it didnt work so i have to carry the new and old key. When i try to lock the door half the time is doesnt work. The laid lied and said it did go off when she bump the car and it didnt and if she pulls her came up to that day the truth will show. My girlfriend had a new radio and navigation system installed at American Radio. The guy in the office, Matt, was very helpful. He gave us a range of options to choose from and explained the differences. If I asked a question, he was sure to give us the correct information, even if he had to ask someone else. The job was performed as promised and in the time promised.
