Very disappointed--I made an appt online because of the amazing reviews. I wanted a simple ghost design with two eyes and two pink cheeks on white nails. I specified in my online booking that I wanted nail art. When I arrived the person to do my nails was not able to do any nail art. I was shuffled to another nail person who tried to do the design, but it looked awful so I asked for it to be removed. The process of getting my previous dip nails off was a mess and took over 30 minutes to remove when I am used to going to other salons and being in and out with art in an hour. I was there for nearly two hours and didn't even get the simple design I wanted. My nails have never looked so bad. They are lumpy and the shape of the fingers don't even match each other. I'm glad other people have had better experiences, but as someone who relies on Google reviews to decide where to receive services, I needed to share my experience. The technician didn’t go all the way down to the cuticle, and didn’t file the edges well, so it was crusty around the dip overlay from day 4. The coating started coming off after 9 days. That has never happened before and I’ve gotten dip for years. I also asked for a manicure and she barely pushed my cuticles back and trimmed my nails but charged me for the full manicure. The tips were longer than I asked for (after I asked her twice for shorter) and the color was wrong too. I kept asking them to help with the color and show them what I wanted and they just stared at me funny. The technician also didn’t wash her hands after doing someone’s pedicure before coming to me.
