Hobby Lobby — Local services in Fayetteville

I come here often and spend a decent amount of money on the beads and crafts I purchase each visit. For as much as I spend and as often as I come, this store in particular does not take orders and process them well at all. I was basically waiting two weeks for NOTHING for an order that I placed. For one, I was not even notified that shipment came in late. And from whomever I spoke with on the phone, seems like my order was never even taken at all. Because I find it hard to believe that there's not only none of what I ordered on the floor, but it's probably still in a warehouse in another state??? And all I get is an apology and a chance to waste my time again waiting for something I could have purchased elsewhere. No thank you. Also, whoever I spoke with on the phone had a slight attitude while speaking with me. Can I tell you how much I love Hobby Lobby? I mean love love love Hobby Lobby. Especially at Christmas time. My goodness. If you don't know anything about the fact that Hobby Lobby has the upper echelon of Christmas decorations. Omg. From Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Bronze, Blue, Green, Red they had every color scheme you could imagine. Every year I go to this store in particular for my gift wrapping paper. Why? Because they carry the good heavy kind of paper for 50% off in fact all their decorations for Christmas are 50% off. It's a win...win.

This particular location had everything you needed and some of what you want. I keep forgetting that they stock all kinds of home decor items, crafting, etc.

Hobby Lobby is my FAVORITE CRAFT STORE❗ Here's why... It was a Thursday Evening about 7:40pm. I just needed a couple of Charms that I saw online. I found one Charm right away but I couldn't locate the other one (the store was closing at 8pm) I was about to go up front to the register when I saw Brenda -the Assistant Manager. Brenda was straightening the area where I was looking at the Charms. I showed her a cell phone picture of the Charm I needed -we both looked for a minute or two more -but then she said I'll be right back. She grabbed a tablet and entered the product number (by now -it was less than ten minutes before closing😬❗) She immediately found the Charm I needed😃❗ In my book -Brenda went well beyond what alot of people would do -especially right at closing time☺❗ I would imagine that most people would have just said '...yeah -we're probably out of that one...'
