The store had a deal listed 1/2 gram carts for $90. I screenshotted a picture- no further details listed. Put my order in for pick-up, put in the comments “I’d like to use the 3 1/2 gram carts for $90 special.” I put my phone number in and my email so if there was an issue, they could’ve called (like every other dispensary in the area is capable of doing). Instead, they text me that my order is ready. I show up, pull in to the “curb side” parking spots, but there’s zero information on how to alert staff that you’re there. I texted the number that texted me about the order being ready, but no one responded. People were going in and out of the store, but no one would even acknowledge my presence. I had to call the store to tell them I was there (every other dispensary, you pull into the spot and there are clear instructions on how to notify staff you’re there. You aren’t left waiting in the dark). It shouldn’t have to be my issue trying to tell you I’m there.. ok anyways. So then after awhile someone comes out. I explain that I wanted to make sure I was getting the deal listed on their website. The guy tells me it’s only this certain type of cart - not listed on the website - and instead of apologizing, which would have de-escalated the situation (customer service 101...) he says, “I don’t know who put that up there like that, that isn’t correct.” .....ok? *staring blankly into his eyes, he’s clearly not going to offer me any solution or advice on where to go from there. I asked what other carts I could get, he said he would check if the ones on sale that I originally wanted were in stock. Instead of coming back out to my car to tell me they weren’t in stock, he had the security officer come up and tell me- which is NOT in the security officer’s job description. So I ask the security officer what else I could get if the other carts are out and he says, “hold on, I don’t know anything about this let me get the other guy [who works here]. Well, that guy never came back out to my car. He continued to take orders and walk past my car without making eye contact- why? I just wanted to know what my other options were... by the time all this had happened, I placed an order with SKYMINT - drove over there, someone met me at my car, and I was out of the parking lot within 2-3 minutes like ALWAYS. SKYMINT also has an awesome rewards program! Their staff are helpful, they don’t make you feel like a burden, they’re efficient, and I can promise you that I will never stop foot near green Buddha again. There are literally so many other dispensaries around here and only more to come! Try out SKYMINT or BREEZE or really anywhere else, and see for yourself how nice it is to interact with...
Read moreVisited my favorite dispensary green Buddha on yesterday. A place I've spent well over $1,000 at for my medical cannabis. Unfortunately I may have come on the wrong day. Firstly, the front desk did not greet me properly which I was disappointed because I'm used to getting a friendly hello upon entry into the establishment. The brown skinned lady was on the phone so I stepped back waiting to be greeted once she was finished on her call. But no I was waved thru and not greeted into the place of business like I was a bother that I came in. I really hope they find someone with better customer service because that alone will lose me as a customer. BUT since this is my fave dispensary I just blew it off and continued to the back where she pushed me through like I was no one important 🤷🏽♀️ I went and purchased 5 pre rolls because I was put under the perception that it was legit gorilla glue. I get home to medicate and light one up. It tastes and smells like a whole CIGARETTE 🛑 🚬 🛑. My go to for pain and depression are the glue strains so I know from the first draw the smell, taste and relief I usually feel. This did not happen after trying a couple more hits to make sure I'm not imagining things. I decided to try one of the others that I purchased. Same thing. This was NOT GORILLA GLUE. I could not even consume the product. Gave them a call later that day, could not get a Manager. I left my info for them to call me back. NO CALL BACK. I called on today and I believe the same front desk person from yesterday was there. I began to explain I was waiting for a manager to call me back and I have not received that call. The person on the line proceeded to cut me off mid sentence stating that she was trying to pull up my receipt. She was very attitudey Andrew considering I was calling with an issue. Mid sentence while I was speaking and trying to explain she threw me on hold and did not care about what I was saying. She returned to the line about 3 minutes later saying that no manager was there and she called a manager and they told her to let me know there was nothing they could do about it. So! With al that said. Previously I would give this place 10 thumbs up, but with my most recent experience I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are trying to spend your money on good medication and good service do not go to green Buddha. I will be trying the dispensary next door, hopefully they will take better care of me and appreciate the money I spend in their business. Still waiting for management they could've at least replace my prerolls with something better. And not false advertise their...
Read moreI was coming here for several years but due to recent bad service and behavior by their staff, including managers, I will not be returning again and don’t advise anyone go there. I had been going into the shop for a long time and have had several issues in the past with employee’s saying one thing and doing another but brushed it off and figured they were new employees. However after today, their behavior is unacceptable. I have tired placing several orders online from this store for Delivery. Each time I placed an order they allowed the order to be processed, even sent me texts saying it was being prepared and they would let me know when it was on the way, and then they would send me a message saying they didn’t have a driver, this happened 3 times in a row. I never have had a successful delivery. Today I placed an order and it said the same thing, your order is received, your order is being prepared and then I got a message saying they couldn’t deliver to my address as it was not the one on my ID, which was not mentioned on the ordering page, and they said my order was already processed so this didn’t make sense to me. I explained to them that I own several properties, as many people do and I am at my other house. They said they couldn’t do anything for me and told me I would have to place a new order as REC and then they could deliver. I then told them I am a long-standing customer and that due to this inconvenience they were causing, I should receive a discount on the REC order to reflect what I should be paying as a MED patient. They refused in very rude words. I find this kind of customer service appalling. I have worked in several dispensaries around the country not to mention several customer service jobs and I cannot ever imagine treating a long standing customer, who comes in so frequently, like this. Owners of Green Buddha, I would highly suggest replacing your mangers and enacting a customer service policy as your staff has given me many problems at this point and you will loose more that just my business for this kind of behavior. I have lots of friends always asking me where to go, I probably send 20 new people a week from my job, and I will never recommend your store again. I suggest anyone looking find another store like Breeze or Gage, they treat customers right and value...
