Only been a few times and I'm already addicted. I hadn't done regular cardio for at least three years, my arms are basically noodles, I'm rapidly approaching middle age, and I'm still not back to normal after a knee injury year ago, so I was intimidated to go to a boxing place. As soon as I walked in, I knew that every body size, shape, age, and fitness level is welcome here. You'll definitely get a workout, but the instructors are supportive but make sure you're going at whatever pace works for you. If you go regularly, you'll want to get your own gloves and wraps, but you can use theirs when you first go (and they'll help you put them on and teach you how to use them). It's one of the best workouts I've ever had, but the reason I'm addicted is for the immediate mental and emotional benefits, too. Nothing like beating up a bag on a stressful day! They've got discounts for new people, too. If I can do it, you can, too...

I've been going to Jabs Ferndale for a year now! It's finally time to review! All the coaches and instructor are amazing. I have never worked out before and this place has made me feel so strong!

I started one day a week and quickly moved to three. I actually look forward to working out. I even started working out at 6am because the classes are so great.

As a former no exercise person I never felt judged and there are always different ways to do things if you don't feel comfortable doing a specific exercises.

I attended 1 class both the instructor and class was awesome. However my initial visit they sent confirmation for me to come in 1 hour before class and canceled 20 mins prior the meeting. Next they don’t provide instructions on class scheduling.. maybe you just guess and walk in ?… so I reached out to the contact number that text me all other information and they responded “I don’t have information, contact the front desk”. The hassle alone to attend classes here is ridiculous.. they truly need to work on customer service....
