Dippin Donuts — Restaurant in Fitchburg

Just tried to go through the drive thru first lady apparently didn't hear me when I clearly stated what I wanted to order. That's wasn't the issue at all because sometimes it happens. The second girl who came to the window was extremely rude when handing my me my bag (got a donut) & takin my debit card. Instead of making sure that I actually had a grip on it and I almost dropped it in the mud. Then when she went to hand me my coffees I told her that they were supposed to be iced coffees and she said "well I don't know because I didn't take the order" so I repeated my coffees to her she walked away to I assume to complete my order. However when she returned she had two extra large ice coffees so I repeated my order again and she starts giving me a big attitude snapping at me and and blaming it on the other female that I first gave my order to though I had also given her my order. Got 2 boston cream donuts that look like they were squished flat with an iron. And an iced coffee that tasted like it was filtered thru old coffee grounds, absolutely disgusting. And I love every Dippin Donuts location (besides this one). There's clearly something wrong with this location as I've heard many negatives about this particular location and it was only my 2nd time here and it was awful both times.
