I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to stay quiet about. We were sold a deal by this cell phone company that sounded great—so we switched and activated our lines. But it turns out the information we were given was completely wrong.
When I went back to the store to clear things up, the staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. They claimed the deal was never offered and basically denied everything, even though it was the same location and the same people who activated our lines just days before. I felt completely dismissed and like they were just trying to avoid taking responsibility.

   Read moreI would like to say thank you to the store manager Jomie from Metro PCS in John Fitch Hwy, I went into the store 2 weeks ago and the phones I wanted to port over were not available and she took down the information on the phones I wanted and said she would call me when the orders were in, she came through a day before and asked if i still wanted them she did not get them in her store but had them available at the mall. Great job in customer service as a manager and also the employee at the mall who was very great in explaining the promo and porting over to my husband. We need more associates like you...

My phone dropped in the ocean , my pin number and question got hacked .With her dedication ,knowledge and persistence she activated my old phone . I understand your privacy policies but agents should be able to override pins and questions. She is a superstar ! She ran your whole store by herself with ease .
