I have never been disappointed coming here. I always do curbside pickup and the security guards are so friendly, and knowledgeable. I usually end up changing my order when I ask what they like and I’ve never been upset by my choice. One of the security guards (I can’t remember name but former police dispatcher) recommended the omura to me and I love it. When she found out they would be discontinued, she came outside and personally told me, even though she wasn’t on the clock. Tif is one of my favorites as she is funny and easy to talk to. I love bringing my dogs here- and my dogs love going here. The manager came out the other day just to pet my dog, it was amazing. I love having a place to go where I feel welcomed every time. I think going to a dispensary can cause anxiety for people but this is the first place I’ve felt calm and comfortable. I’ll never go anywhere...

Great Great GREAT place to go. I went for the first a week or so ago and got Valerie as my helpful staff. She is utterly amazing and no words can explain! I told her I was looking for one product to help a friend with significant pain and another to help me get to sleep. She knew right off the top of her head what to suggest and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. I went with her suggestions - she nailed it! The gummies she suggested helped my friend with significant chronic hip pain and even he was shocked by the effects. And the gummies I got did just the trick! I did go back today and they were sold out of the pain relieving gummies I got previously but I was lucky enough to get Valerie again. She suggested another gummy and a chocolate bar and again I went with her suggestion. Great and wonderful place that I will keep...

The staff here are extremely helpful. They make it much easier to find the right product for your needs. Their chat help on the website is also top-notch with rapid response and clear communication.

Edit to add: Not only do the staff here remain helpful, but they were exceptionally kind to my 74-that-old, pot-inexperienced mother when she came in to buy for me when I had cancer and was immunocompromised. She could not stop commenting about how nice they all were and how much the store differed from her expectations in every way.

The budtenders are not only great at looking at your past purchases and making recommendations, but they remember you as a person. I am only in one every few weeks or so, so I would not call myself a regular that would stick in people's minds. That sort of friendly attention to...
