OMG Cannabis Dispensary — Attraction in Fitchburg

Complete junk.This place is all about taking your money. The manager straight up told me.We'll replace this junk joint, this one time that We sold you, but this is the only time we're going to do it.So they're not even going to back up the quality of their products.They're just going to sell them to you and take your money straight up, let's be clear.What exactly happened here.I had bought two prerolls, I drove all the way back to New Hampshire, one of my prerolls is empty, So I call back finally and discuss it with you.I go check the other preroll to make sure, and it's all bent over and unsmokable, I was on the phone with you when this was occurring. Your response was simply.I'll replace this one joint because you sold me an empty tube, and it just so happens you ALSO sold me non empty tube containing a damaged joint...your redponse was "we'll replace it this one time", you had nothing to say when I asked you. What can we do about the quality of these joints? As in, why would I continue to buy these joints?If you can't guarantee me that you're selling me what i'm under the impression.I'm buying cuz when I buy these.I'm not interested in buying an empty plastic green tube from my crafting purposes or anything like this.I'm under the impression that I am purchasing a marijuana joint that I can smoke and enjoy... And you said nothing like it was, oh well, and don't think this is making stuff up, i went down there in person, and you've had nothing to say about it. When I was finally there, you had some other individual deal with me. Who, at this point was thinking I was just there to get a replacement prerolls, and then I stated, why would I want to replace my prerolls when you can't even guarantee me? There's one in there or it's even worth smoking. And I stated to that individual that i'm here for my money back, because i'm not going to purchase joins when place that straight up told me that they're not going to replace this.If it happens again..And you can talk to everybody there. Go ahead, i did not go down there to look like a fool for fun.The conversation we had on the phone happened and you can lie out your teeth all...

So today was the first time I got to visit OMG since it opened and I'm so glad I did finally! Scored a couple prerolls for $7 each which is a very good price compared to the other stores in town.

The staff we met today (Matt and Laurie) were incredibly friendly and were a pleasure to do business with and I really look forward to seeing them again in the future. It's also nice to see the employees looking happy which a lot don't at the bigger places sadly so kudos to the owners of this place for making a happy environment for their employees. Also I appreciate them not having a rule of having to remove my mask at the door when checking in unlike local roots.

The store itself a cute little place, it isn't a huge store like AMP or Ethos and no corporate feeling like those places but they still had plenty of products to chose from and I wasn't left disappointed by any means.

Their prices and products are right in line with the surrounding stores and they are actually a little bit cheaper for certain products. As always though, know your brands, don't expect NETA flower to be amazing anywhere you buy it. If you're a fan of the healing center (they have been our go to store for months), I would definitely recommend to check this place out when you're shopping as I think these two stores are going to do some great competition with each other and...

EDIT:12/29/22-not even 24 hours after posting this review the company responded with that?...not very professional considering they never responded to any other 1 or 5 star reviews... I have been to this location and I can stand by my purchase. unfortunately if you want to discuss "fake reviews" I would look into some of the other reviews listed, from the fb postings, they seem to work within the company? some reviews were posted before this place even opened 12/19/22??...maybe now they will respond to other reviews beside just the honest and low rated ones?

Too expensive, especially with 5 other rec locations in fitchburg that offer deals all the time. Bud is super out dated and dry. I would definitely shop/look around before buying here. Spent $24 after tax on these and they were harvested in...
