I really like this store. The employees are super nice for the most part and they have actually some really cool merchandise that you really can’t find anywhere else and the prices are pretty amazing as well. It’s true some of the stuff is a little junky, but you’ll find that in any discount store so That’s really not saying much. A lot of the reviews are biased because we do have a strict return policy, which is that they will only take returns back within seven days because a lot of customers try to return Warren merchandise and I’ve seen that happen myself in person. I appreciate their return policy because I personally don’t want to buy used or worn merchandise Stuff they do have oh, some of it really is cool and the employees are always willing to help. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment EVER again. Went to boost to get a new phone today. Got 2 phones, a plan...everything. Paid for everything UP FRONT. First number port went fine. The gentleman working there was NO gentleman at ALL. He was RUDE and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Arguing with a Co worker throughout my 6 HOURS of being there. Towards the end he ended up YELLING at her in front of us. He was EXTREMELY disrespectful to ME. Ignoring me SIMPLY because I'm a woman. So I'm STILL waiting on MY phone to work. I was told to come back tomorrow morning after the MANAGER threatening to somehow KEEP my phone number. If I could give this place NO STARS I would. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good place for glass &smoking products but they also a boost mobile store inside &when they're not already busy &once they get to you they're very knowledgeable &realy nice to deal with. They were able to switch my sim card for me &I decided I wanted a new phone &they didn't have it in stock &the lady I dealt with did everything she could to order me one &let me know when I could expect it but nothing can do if it's out of stock at the phone dealer.
