Terrace Point — Attraction in Fitchburg

Although my boyfriend and I just moved in about a week ago, we received such awesome support from the staff here that we wanted to leave a public thanks! We moved all the way from Texas for work and from the beginning, we had incredible communication from the previous property manager, Colin. He was able to set up a tour for us when we came to visit and got us acquainted with the newer PM Isaac, who somehow has been even more helpful! We were able to order all of our furniture to the property a couple days prior to move-in and when we met with Isaac for our keys, he even helped us move our mattress and frame all the way to our unit. The communication could not be better and they have only been kind to us! We have a 1b/1b. The unit came in perfect condition, has a very nice washer & dryer set, lots of cabinet space and built-in bookshelves, a great view from the balcony, and a big closet and bathroom. It's also in a very walkable area and close by to shops, restaurants and gas. My favorite part is definitely the gated dog area....

There is a reason this place has a high-rating. Between the move-in experience and having been here for a month now, this place is absolutely great. Management is extremely friendly, and helpful (genuinely went above and beyond for me), with very quick response times. The facility as a whole is designed really well, and there's plenty of parking, elevators, move-in carts, bike storage, you name it. The common areas are also in great shape and spending time in the actual Terrace of Terrace Point has been lovely. I pay extra for underground parking (affordable) and a storage unit down the hall (also affordable!).

I really appreciate the little touches in the apartments themselves such as decorative light fixtures, an accent wall already painted, and the appliances are obviously new since the building is but these are quality appliances which makes laundry/food storage all the better!

I left a review and it was deleted. basically I was saying they are very strict with noise complaints 3 and you get kicked out like 5 day notice kicked out! They went into my room without verifying I was aware of a room tour. Also, I had covid and still isolating yet still wanted people to come in and tour. I had to basically tell them they're being dumb and endangering THEIR FUTURE RESIDENTS about this and then they finally cancelled the meeting. Parking is super sketchy good luck getting a spot. Seems like richer whiter people are prioritized. And I agree, if you are of color you are more prone to be blamed for stuff that is going on that you are not responsible...
