Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Fitchburg

This was the WORST customer experience. I came here to change my dad’s device and keep his metro line. The person there who was a male told me that the process that I did online was not complete and that they needed to charge me again, I was not happy but I understood, cool. Then he ask me for the pin and the security questions, I gave him that and he said it was incorrect, he was unable to help me, he told me that he could help me to change the pin but that my services were cancel, I was so confused since we never authorized that, he was unable to do anything and I really think that he did not want to help us. WE WERE SO DONE with this store, so we went to the METRO STORE At 1330C S Midvale Blvd, Madison, WI 53711, JAKE there was amazing, I gave him the same information, pin, the answer to the security question and he go it in less that 1 minute, he was able to help me, he also confirmed that the services were not cancel, we even ask him if the card was active and ready to be charge when the guy in Fitchburg (this store when I leaving the review) said that we won’t be charge since the services were cancel. I just walked out of the Metro PCS in Fitchburg. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that I had today. That is something that is rarely said in phone stores however MJ is the exact opposite of what you may come to expect in phone stores. He spent so much time helping me. I am not particularly tech savvy and I really needed somebody to hold my hand and help me solve my phone issues what she did with honesty and expedience. Employee tried charging me $50 for a sim card on a second line when I set up a new line the month before with no fees. Told me he "had bills to pay" and then proceeded to call co-workers to pretend like he couldn't waive the "fees".

Right after leaving the store, the employee started smoking again. Making the store smell real nice!
