Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fitchburg

Normally I like Little Caesars and have no complaints. Their new delivery system however leaves A LOT to be desired. Order was missing a whole pizza!!! Called the "customer service" number on the box, waited on hold for 10+ mins. Hung up and called the actual store only to be told the Door Dasher had left the pizza in the warmer and there was nothing they could do at the store level. I will say, Lisa was very nice and I understand where she was coming from but not at all happy half our meal was gone. Called the customer service line back, waited on hold for 10 minutes again only to have someone pick up and then disconnect the call on their end!!!! I heard the voices of the call center but they disconnected before actually speaking to me. So I called back again, used the leave a message option so we'll see but I don't have high hopes. This is completely unacceptable service and a complete rip off!!! I paid all the fees associated with "delivery", which were bad enough as it was, and ended up shorted. Pizzas are excellant with good prices.

However, I hardly order out pizza anyways. It was out of my norm to walk in NOT knowing the toppings very well. But this particular manager at this place was being rude to me when I asked him to explain me the differences between two types of pizzas, in another word, I want him to educate me on some very simple questions.

The whole time, he talked down to me as if I don't know what I want. It was three simple questions when someone work at a pizza shop should answer it with just a few words.

For example....

"what's the difference between this topping from this topping?

"What's the size differences?"

"how much will it cost me more if I added so and so?

He answered to me very rudely...

Wow, what a great way to give me a taste of your pizza sir....

Sorry, I will never ever go to this place ever again even though it's only across the street from where I live. I'm willing to go across town for the same product same price, but better...

Very disappointed with my last order Here, gave 2 stars because I have always been a fan of LC since the 80's.... recently moved in the area from other side of Madison. I got 1/2 of my order right, the other half was complete opposite of what I ordered, also missing my 2nd soda I paid for!! so I asked my Doordasher, he didn't speak English, I said I would just call the store. ...4 days later...I CANNOT GET ANY ANSWER ON THE PHONE TO GET MY REFUND OR AT THE VERY LEAST THE RIGHT PIZZA...I would starve to death if I had to order from them on the actual telephone, which I prefer so I know it might be right.
