I asked if they could do a shirt for my daughter because she goes to Brown Elementary and I was wanting a front and back design for Huron every time I call these people if you do not have a 12+ order they cannot do it which I think is absolutely ridiculous Because when the previous owners of own this place, they were able to do it without a problem. I think this is very unprofessional and you guys are leading customers out the door and then I asked if they had any type of spirit wear out and they told me no, and then I asked if they were going to have any children spirit wear For our youth students that are at the elementary not couldn’t give me a straight answer. This is why I do not do business with these people. This is why I refuse to do business with these people. They are so unprofessional. Read moreBeware! I ordered 2 varsity jackets in April & the letters were sewn on the wrong jackets. It mattered because the pins on the letters of each jacket could not be removed as they had sewn the back of the pins in between the back of the varsity letter and the front of the jacket. When I called, I was instructed to bring the jackets back in and they would remove the pins and place them on the correct jacket. In removing one of the pins, they broke it. They promised to order another pin, wrote down all of my info, and would call me in a couple of days when it came in. 3 weeks later, I texted to inquire why I hadn’t heard from them. I was told the pin was sitting there, but that she didn’t know who the pin belonged to. I gave her all my info again & she promised to mail it to me that day. One week later, still no pin. I texted again to inquire & was told it had been mailed in a “standard, white envelope”. When I requested that she send me a replacement pin, she told me that she had already sent one & that I should check with my post office. I ordered a custom plaque in person with the owner in late November and was told it would be in by Christmas. He never called or emailed. I called, emailed, and private messaged (5) documented times and never heard anything back from him. Finally in January I went up there and personally spoke with him and he said he got backed up and gave me his word he would reach out to me when it was done. It’s now halfway through March and nothing.
Awesome place for varsity coats and letters and really nice people. But man, when you promise something, go through with it or at least call and admit you messed up.
