The Gem Vault — Attraction in Flemington

For a long time my family has exclusively used The Gem Vault for Bill's services. Upon getting engaged, my now husband used his own jeweler for my engagement ring, which turned into one problem after another and ultimately getting a product that was not what we designed. I took my ring to Bill and his team for resizing and prong adjustments knowing they would be able to help us. They were able to give me exactly what I asked for whereas the previous jeweler said it could not be done. I also decided to work with Jason to make custom wedding bands and had a wonderful experience. Jason has amazing attention to detail and is very easy to work with. I must have changed my design on him five times and he was patient with me and made the whole process very fun. He will explain to you what works and what doesn't in terms of design; he is a wealth knowledge and an asset to their team. I had the most incredible experience at The Gem Vault! The entire process of creating my custom college signet ring was done with so much care and attention. I knew that they cared about my ring as much as I did. At first I was nervous to start the process because I was leaving the country and wouldn't be back for a few months. I was reassured that they would keep me in the loop for all decisions. They truly excel at customer support, not only did they keep me in the loop through email but also met with me on FaceTime to go over sketches and designs. Over the last few weeks I have had a couple of rings sized and also bought a few pieces from The Gem Vault. They have always been the go-to jeweler in town and my family has used them for decades. On this occasion, Lisa and Matt were very helpful! I picked up some rings I had sized and was also looking to buy earrings that I saw online. Matt quickly located them and Lisa was so friendly and enthusiastic throughout the purchase. They also let me know about any modifications they could do to the pieces such as changing the post.
