Nova — Restaurant in Flemington

Found this gem of a restaurant in Flemington, NJ. The food was rich, flavorful and very pleasing to the eye. A fusion inspired menu with plenty to choose from. Wonderful. The newly designed interior was pleasant, clean and tastefully done. Our server Tom was excellent. Everything from being welcomed into the establishment to the goodbye was top notch. The food was absolutely delicious. We have had everything from the fried chicken, pork belly, to the burgers.
