I don’t come here often cause it’s a lil ways from my house but I still will give it 4stars- the park is great for the kids to play and if you ask mines they would say the water 💦 pad is the best we basically go just for that!! I see they also have a dog park I don’t have any dog so I couldn’t say much about the dog park but I can say I always see lots of people with there dogs there, another plus is there is public restrooms and they have always been clean every time we have used them! On the down side and I don’t think it’s the parks fault but there are sometimes homeless people sleeping in the park, but I’m not one to really complain about stuff like this I just mind my own business- cause they really don’t bother anyone, but hey if I’m town you should check it out!! The water pad does have a small fee like a $1 and the entrance to the park is free, you also can reserve the pavilion for a fee as well not so sure about those fees but always see those are filled up with people doing there events there!!!!

Pretty decent place. There are baseball fields, a dog park, playground, picnic areas, restrooms, and a splash pad. Fairly well maintained except for the fire ants. We quit coming here a year ago due to there being huge fire ant hills at the playground areas that no one took care of. Today we are using the splash pad, another day we will check out the playground. But if there are still fire ants we wont be back. Splash pad is nice for you get kids. Not hot on the idea you have to pay twice to stay all day. But at least it's cheap. Everyone that enters pays. Even if you just sit there. $2 for a swim diaper, which is required for little ones(you can use your own). $1 a session. 10a-2p and 3p-7p. During the summer get here early. It will fill up quickly.

During our recent visit, we were celebrating my boyfriend's mother's 70th birthday! We rented a pavilion for the event close to the park. There was no bathroom close to the pavilion that we rented. We also discovered that the splash pad costs money. The dock closed to the park overlooking the water was a nice retreat. I think there should be a bathroom closer to this pavilion, and I think if you pay for a pavilion, you should not have to pay to access the splash pad. Overall it was beautiful even though it was ridiculously hot.

Park was very clean. It has a small water park for visitors, a few pavillions that are covered so there's shade from the sun, it has a dog park which My dogs love, a skateboarding area, basketball court, and there's even a pier to fish from or you can sit and enjoy the lake . It also has many small grilling areas so u can barbecue there and u don't have to bring your own grill! There are two playgrounds and plenty of space for parking. There's also a volleyball net and a baseball field where kids often have games.

Homeless camps by the pavilion’s where everyone sits near children’s camps and they don’t pressure wash benches by the dog park they have mold on them smell and are probably dangerous to sit on… the skate park is used to hide under palm trees where homeless look for shade and hang clothes to the fence surrounding the perimeter of the dog park…. The only thing they do is provide mulch to the dog park every 5 years like it’s out or funds is low chip dumb provides free mulch they just need to spread it.
