I would not recommend this facility, the entry doors and elevators are constantly broken, i specifically picked a storage locker, just inside the building.

My locker is directly inside the entry door, but that door has been broken since January 23rd . When i rented this unit.

In order to gain entry into the building i must access the door on the other side of the building, walk to the opposite side of the building and bring my belongings back and forth.

The place is completely mismanaged, they could care less about the customer, the only thing they care about is the current rate that they can rent a 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x20 etc, after your initial rate, be prepared for a major increase.

If you call to complain you will be put in touch with the management company, the owner of these shit hole facilities are so far removed from day to day operations.

My advice to anyone planning on wasting your money on renting one of these units, figure out what things you absolutely must have, find a way to keep them, everything else, cut your losses and throw things away, you will save many thousands of much needed money, and maybe all these slum lord, storage units will start...

I'm giving 3 because the customer service was great. I'm looking for long term storage needs, those initially offered were not easily accessible (moving couch, love seat, tables chairs, washer dryer) in then on elevator to 3rd floor to then proceed down a hallway all the way down, make a left then another left seemed way to much of a project. . 10 x 20 was actually two 10 x 10s so I knew immediately my 11ft couch wouldn't fit unless angled. she quickly called a neighboring place who did have one available close by an elevator and a true 10 x20... pricing was drastically different... additionally I don't like not having a set rate. I am sure come Christmas I'll be hit with "ha instead of _ per month you're new rate is $155 a month" so aggravating to change budget without notice.
