Iâm new to Fontana and I needed tablecloths. I googled party supply near me and little did I know I would find such a gem tucked away in the heart of the city. Upon entering I was greeted by a host of employees. The energy in this place was electric. I felt genuinely welcomed. Let me say it was Valentines Day and I wanted red tablecloths at 6pm. No shortage here the tablecloths were clean stain free and good quality. The store was family owned. I seen at least 3 generations; Parents Children and Grand children. And everyone was engaged in my sale. I felt important and valued. In times like these it is important how people feel. Iâd like to say that I felt like the entire family was excited to see me. As I witnessed their interactions with other customers I realized that they were pleasantly engaged with us all. No one was more or less important than anyone else in the store and that was refreshing. The store was busy with customers consider it was Valentineâs Day and everyone was trying to get it right. I felt like I was amongst friends. Did I say the store was Amazing it had everything and the party supplies were endless; tables chairs tablecloths jumpers heaters and toilets and much much more. Take my word for it this store is an Emporium of Delight. Every corner and aisle way is filled with Enchantment. When I returned the tablecloths I felt like I was in my aunts house spending time with my cousin. This encounter turned into a fulfilling experience and a lifelong relationship.    Read moreNot a great experience, I asked to have centerpieces made, they said yes, but that they would get back to me with pricing, and everytime I called to inquire about pricing and the process, they either didn't answer or just said they would get back to me later, instead of being straight forward and telling me they couldn't do it, they kept me on hold. I lost a week waiting for them to get back to me, I finally get a call, and not even nicely the lady just said no we won't do it because it's too complicated.. my event is now in a week and I have to figure out what to do for my centerpieces. If only they would of told me that day I went in that it was 'too complicated' It would of been fine and I would go somewhere else, but how they handled everything from that point was not...

Recientemente fui a inflar unos globos y el señor MartĂn me atendiĂł. Note que me falto un globo y pensĂ© que a lo mejor se me habĂa olvidado en la tienda. Estuve llamando a la tienda pero no hubo contestaciĂłn, fui a preguntar si por casualidad se habĂa olvidado allĂ y si no pues ni modo. Al llegar a la tienda le preguntĂ© a la señora con anteojos sobre el globo y lo primero que me dijo fue que si se acordaba de mi y que escuchĂł que algo trono en mi carro cuando me lleve los globos. Asumiendo que yo estaba mintiendo y que pudo ver sido el globo al que estaba mencionando que se explotĂł. Para mi eso es una falta de respeto porque yo no hubiera manejado hasta allĂĄ esperando una recompensa oh reembolso ni nada del caso. Eso se me hizo una groserĂa de su parte cuando yo respetuosamente preguntĂ© por el globo. Pensaba en seguir viniendo por lo amable que me atendieron los demĂĄs pero al pasar por esta experiencia me defraudĂł el servicio del cliente de esta señora y no pienso ir de nuevo. Gracias al señor MartĂn y a su sobrina por la amabilidad. I have been coming here since April and I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from Martin and his niece. I recently went to blow up some balloons and I came to the realization that I was missing one. I wasn't sure if it was left behind at the store so I was calling the store but didn't get an answer. I went in person and asked the lady with glasses if perhaps I had left it there, if it wasn't there then oh well it is what it is. I wasn't expecting a refund or any sort of compensation. She was very unfriendly about it and went ahead and told me she remembered me and that she overheard something pop when I loaded the balloons to my car. I was shocked at her reply and felt it was uncalled for. I went in there very respectfully and she was giving me the impression that I was lying about the balloon missing. This isn't the type of customer service I was upholding this establishment to have but after going through this experience I no longer plan on coming here.
