Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fontana

So I waited in line to order my pizza and when it was my turn to order the cashier was very rude which I don’t know why that was because she was nice to the male customer ahead of me, and when I ordered my pizza she said the price but I didn’t hear so I said sorry how much was it again and in a rude way she said the price and I paid her and she didn’t hand slide the pizza nicely on the counter instead she just threw it on there and on top of that she didn’t give me my change , and as I went outside there was two females out side and as I talked to my brother on how rude the cashier was one of the girl standing outside decided to join me and my brothers conversation and she was like she was rude to you to and I said yes and I don’t know why, and I told her about how she was only nice to the male customers and the girl I was talking to said the same thing and that’s when the other girl joined the conversation and also said she noticed that to and I told them that she didn’t even give me my change and just slammed the the cash register and threw the pizza on the counter and the other two girls told me that they had the same experience, this is the last...

They say first impressions go a long way.... We ordered several supreme pizzas tonight and they only had two ingredients on them. Pepperoni and sausage. You people working the kitchen are DuMb. That's why you'll always be dissapointing, and never make it in the big leagues. The product your selling represents you, and it SCREAMS low Quality. Shame on you amateur cooks. You make pizzas to support yourselves and y'all can't even master the skill....enough said. You got nothing on Costcos supreme pizza's. You guys have low standards. Lost our future business, and we're local residents. P.s., Going back to giving out complimentary size crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese might improve business. You guys didn't have any tonight and told us you had stopped giving them out years ago.Plus, your pizza's do not hold enough flavor on their own. Lets be honest now. What would In N' Out be, if they did not offer...

We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza with a side of Crazy Sauce online. We were emailed that it was ready and we promptly left to pick it up.

When we arrived, we typed our numeric code into the Pizza Portal. It opened and, lo and behold, it was empty.

We waited at the register for about 5 minutes for someone to come over. A dude came over and we explained the situation.

He went to the back then came back and told us that we weren't in the system and that his coworkers hadn't seen our order either. He said maybe we came to the wrong location.

I pulled up my email receipt and showed him. He told us they'd make our order and it would take about 5-10 minutes.

It took 14 minutes.

I wouldn't have left a bad review had there been some sort of apology or compensation, like a free side, for making us stand there for 14 minutes.

I love Little Caesars, just not...
