Beautiful store, friendly staff, but cheaply made jewelry and an unfair return policy.

The store itself is pleasant and the staff were kind and helpful—that’s the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. Unfortunately, the products and return policy leave a lot to be desired.

My girlfriend bought a necklace and pearl earrings. The brand-new necklace arrived with permanent kinks, so we had to return and reorder. The store helped politely, but shortly after, the pearls in both earrings began falling out. We replaced them ($200 MSRP), only for the second pair to start losing pearls within a month—despite normal wear and no exposure to water or baths.

When we returned them again, my girlfriend chose a less expensive $110 pair instead. We were shocked to find that the $90 difference wasn’t refunded. The policy is essentially “exchange up to the value, but you forfeit any difference.” So if she had chosen $20 earrings, we would have lost the majority of the original purchase value. This was not made clear until I called back.

As a mom of 4 kids and someone who hates to shop, my daughter requested a VERY specific necklace for her 13th birthday. After checking every store in my town, and shipping times not making it work, I called this store. I was enthusiastically told they could help. I drove an hour over to the location and was helped by a set of beautiful, polite and very kind young ladies. I am in my work clothes, jeep with no doors, and I'm sure I'm not exactly what you would find in this store. But that's not how it felt. I was treated so well I expect to he back before Christmas, and looked for reasons to gift the experience itself. I left with exactly what I came for, no more, no less. I was in and out with no sales pitch, but great information! It was packaged so nicely and truly, I'm thankful I didn't buy online. While shopping for my daughter’s birthday, we asked about tips or specific tools for getting tangled necklaces untangled. A sales associate (I feel horrible that I didn’t ask her name) immediately asked to see the necklaces that my daughter brought with her and took them to untangle the very difficult knots. She continued to work on them while we shopped in other stores and even offered to bring them to us at the store next door. When I asked to offer payment, she wouldn't accept any and simply said, “we do this all the time,” which I feel was more to comfort us in the moment. We have had many fantastic experiences at this particular location, but because of their willingness to help a newly minted 12 year old with her oh so dear “favorite” necklaces, this encounter was by far the best.
