The service was quick despite a lunch rush. The food was delicious. I had an egg salad sandwich with added bacon and the potato salad as a side. Both were fantastic. The price however was very high for what you are getting. Our complete order was 2 egg salad sandwiches with added bacon, a side of fries with one and a side of potato salad with the other and one fountain drink. The total before tip was $36.49. $4.59 for fries is excessive and $10.99 for just an egg salad sandwich with bacon is unheard of in Columbia. The prices remind me more of what you would pay in Charleston or Charlotte at a deli. I will treat myself to this every now and again, but sadly it is too expensive to add as a regular lunch spot. I hope they do well and stick around though!

Our office was so excited that No Name came to Forest Acres. We decided to order today for our lunch meeting. Online ordering was a breeze. Pick up and the food were not. We sent someone to pick up and the restaurant was packed with excited guests. The expo was a little confused boxing and bagging up the order and a item was missed. I cannot speak for the rest of my team but my prime rib sandwich was drowning in lettuce and Mayo. The sandwich looked thrown together and the fries were rolled so tight it squashed most of them together. Every bite of the sandwich oozed mayonnaise rendering it undesirable. I definitely understand a lunch rush and how overwhelming it can be so we will try again another day.

Great, kind, friendly service. I love that there is more parking at this location. I always love going to No Name Deli for sandwiches or a nice salad. Great options on the menu and always so tasty. They have delicious options sweet tea, peach is my favorite flavor.

I’ve been to the one downtown twice now and the food was amazing! So I decided to try the other location in Forest Acres. Parking was easy and the restaurant itself looked lovely. My husband and I were the only folks in line and we waited for someone to acknowledge us and take our order, but no one ever did. There were lots of people behind the counter but we were the only ones in line. Since we went so long without even being acknowledged (no hello, not even any eye contact!) we assumed we were in the wrong spot so we went and waited by the register instead. The lady at the register was nice and asked if we’d already ordered and we told her no. She told us we had to go stand where we were before and order there. But by that point, someone new had walked in. They acknowledged the new guest immediately and started taking his order! I’m not sure why we stood there awkwardly for so long with everyone just refusing to even say hello or anything. The restaurant wasn’t busy and like I said, we were the only ones in line. If they had even said ā€œHey, we’re a little busy, we’ll be right with youā€ that would have been perfectly fine. We were happy to wait. It was just being ignored for so long and then seeing other guests being acknowledged while we’d been waiting forever that was the problem. I’ve never left a bad review for anyone before but that made me feel very unwelcome and hurt so we decided to eat somewhere else for lunch. I’m sure the food was just as good as the spot downtown (I left a great review there…I promise I’m not trying to be mean-spirited). I just wanted them to be aware that this happened because if it happened to us, I’m sure it’s...

I am sorry to say that this was not a pleasant lunch experience today. My friend and I were exhausted by the time we left. I ordered the Greek salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it. Not enough salad dressing to help the dryness. I spoke with a manager (I think) and explained the situation and was told extra dressing was .83 more. Not that I don’t have ,83 it was the fact I needed it to be able to eat it and I had already paid over $20 for lunch. It didn’t phase the lady I spoke to. So it ended up in the trash.

My friend ordered the prime rib sandwich rare, on rye with no lettuce or tomatoes or cheese. She got the sandwich on a roll with cheese, lettuce and tomato and it was cooked well done.

Needless to say they need a different system on placing orders and don’t overcook the chicken. It will be awhile before I may think about returning. Sad about that because I was looking...
