Jerry's Artarama — Attraction in Fort Collins

I'm SO GLAD I stopped in today because a super helpful clerk named ZOEY finally showed me the proper way to wear a face mask! I mean, I've taken all the shots...Pfizer, Moderna, you name it...gotten a half-dozen boosters...but today was critical because Zoey, in all her youthful earnestness, brilliantly informed me that my face mask was NOT being worn properly! GASP! You see, I had been making the CRITICAL error of letting my nostrils SLIP OUT the teeniest bit from the top! DOUBLE GASP!!! Thank GOD Zoey was there to point out the error in my ways, first as I entered the store, and AGAIN(!) as I approached the register to check out! I'm beyond grateful that an exuberant young woman such as ZOEY was there to instruct and inform me on such CRITICAL public health matters! Just think- the COURAGE it must have taken her to...stand up, and do...EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS PROGRAMMED TO DO! Even in the face of ALL the CONTRADICTING evidence on the matter! Well I say BOO to reason and scientific inquiry and BRAVO TO ZOEY!!!!!!!!

One star off for not checking vaccination records...

I received such amazing service from the staff there. They completed a 'custom' job absolutely perfectly & in record (I mean record!) time. I cannot say enough good things about Beth (! fabulous!) for what she did, and Michelle (whom I think assisted Beth). Alyssa was sweet too. To top it off, they had all the items I needed, several things in addition to my custom work... right down to the specialized items I needed. Pricing was much lower than I had expected (honest... especially for custom work). I also want to mention B.J. He was very knowledgable, willing (at closing time too!) & so very helpful; he is who brought me into the store the following day.

If you are looking for art supplies in NoCo, make a trip to Jerry’s! I came in from Longmont as there’s nothing near us even remotely close. Wish Meininger didn’t close in Boulder but I digress.

I was greeted very soon after I walked in by a really nice lady. She very kindly recommended that next time I use the side entrance since I had a stroller with me and carried it down the couple stairs going from the framing side of things to the art supplies.

I was looking for gouache and she recommended different brands and went over differences which was super helpful. She didn’t push the pricier options since I was new to the medium. Really excited to try the Turner brand “Acryl” gouache!
