This location is terrible. I just ate here recently, and the food was so bland. The noodles were not cooked long enough (too hard) and the sauce had barely any flavor to it. I am by no means a picky eater, but when I'm paying for something that already seems over-priced, I expect a certain level of quality. I've had better quality noodles from the packets of ramen you buy at the store. My girlfriend's order was also very bland. The only good thing about the food was the look of it. I've been to other Noodles & Co. and this one is by far the worst. Even the little, pimple-faced cretin behind the counter pissed me off. I caught him looking at my girlfriend's chest twice as we ordered, and then he asked if something she had written on her arm was a tattoo. We asked why, and he said jokingly how he had upset past customers by saying to them, "I hope that's not a tattoo" if he saw something on them he didn't think would make a great tattoo. What kind of example of customer service is that? Is that what Noodles wants representing their company? Not that I would expect much from some teenager working at a Noodles & Co. but that rubs a person the wrong way when they've worked in food service for most of their life. I hope the manager reads this. I won't be swayed by coupons or an apology though. I'd be happy if this place lost its business. You're better off going to the other one on College, or just about any other restaurant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS...
Read moreWorst noodle & company ever!!! Don't come to this location please! I have always loved noodles and company and I always go to the one on laurel but this time I was on the other side of town so I decided to stop at this location, worst mistake ever! I was waiting for someone to take my order for 5 minutes while there where a bunch of employees just standing there, and to make it worse the manager at this time was too busy on her iPhone texting and talking on the business phone. After she got done texting she went and started talking to some ladies that were eating out in the dinning room instead of taking my order after a while finally someone took my order. But the cashier was horrible she didn't even know what she was doing!!! She took my order totally wrong and my food came our horrible!!! Not only did it came out horrible but took 10 minutes for me to get just ONE plate of noodles! Never coming to this location ever again! I'm definitely always just going to keep going to the one on...
Read moreOrdered for pickup. Friendly service at pickup BUT An item was missing from my order. I called to get a refund because I didn't have time to go all the way back to the restaurant to get it. The person I talked to said she would refund but may not get to it until the end of the day. :-/ lesson learned, check orders before leaving. Thanks for your reply noodles and company. I appreciate your intention to get in contact with me. The item was refunded. I would just suggest that this store be contacted so that employees know that it's important to double check orders before they go out to the customer. I also found it frustrating that the person I talked to only suggested I come back to the store to get it. With people having such busy lives these days that can be really frustrating to have to run an errand like that twice. Good customer service means giving the customer multiple options to solve their issue and being genuinely sorry that the event happened. I don't need anything else...
