Got my tv back after 3 months of calling to see what was going on when the backlighting was supposed to be fixed in 3 days... (I was told)very little communication I always had to call and never got an answer always just a run around. Read moreOutrageous pricing for the backlights to go out 7 months after they are replaced...and when I called the first time the guy said it was probably a faulty part & bring it in free of charge...second time I called to see if It was really going to be free of charge they said the same amount we paid the first time. Which would be another $200...not happening at all because they will probably just put faulty backlights in again. I can buy a brand new tv rather then pay...
